BERLIN MARATHON, SEPTEMBER 19 - 22, 2025

Did you miss out on a lottery slot for the 2025 Berlin Marathon? Is Berlin one of your 6-star World Marathon Major events? Rather than figuring out the many, many logistics on your own, are you looking for a company to look after all the details while meeting passionate runners like yourself?

We are thrilled to announce the Marathon Tours & Travel 5-star, VIP Berlin Marathon program, including a coveted race entry.

Below please find details of the program, including cost. Marathon Tours has designed a memorable combination of special events, unforgettable meals, opportunities to get to know your fellow runners, and time to rest up for your race.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Friday, September 19

• - Go to the Expo and pick up your race kit, including number

• - Check into your room at the luxurious Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection, situated 1km from the start and finish line of the race

•  Welcome Cocktail Reception -  In the lobby of the hotel. Meet the staff, your fellow participants and their guests

•  Dinner - Walk one block to Bocca di Bacco, one of Berlin’s finest restaurants

Saturday, September 20

• - Breakfast (included in your package)

• 9:30 am - Escorted light jog / walk to scout out the start / finish area and visit the Hall of Fame and merchandise tent

• Afternoon - catch the finish of the thrilling in-line skate marathon, just down the street from the hotel

• Pre-race pasta dinner - In the hotel lobby restaurant, including explanation of race day logistics and spectator plans

Sunday, September 21 - RACE DAY!

• - An early breakfast has been arranged for runners

• 8:00 am - Gather for a group photo

• - Make your way to the start of the Berlin Marathon (timing depends on when your wave departs)

• 9:15 am - Wave one of 4 waves

• - Staff will guide your spectating guests to various points along the course to cheer you on! (Berlin Transit Pass provided for access to the S-Bahn)

• Celebration Dinner - Short walk to our dinner with awards to the top finishers

Monday, September 22

• - Breakfast

• - Depart

Berlin Marathon entry for one & non-running guest staying in the same room: $5,900

Berlin Marathon entry for two sharing a room: $8,200
